Happy and exhilarating urban atmospheres are among the most important spiritual needs of citizens. Such atmospheres result partly from city cleanliness and architecture, and partly through the arrangement of group cultural events such as joyful rites and feasts.
Cultural-art festivals are among the joyful group events, and for that reason municipalities are classified as merely functional or cultural, depending on whether their operations are limited to city cleanliness or extend to cultural activities. [more...]



Each artist may enter up to three artworks. (Series of related works will be considered as single entries.)
Artworks must must not exceed A3 dimensions with the smallest side measuring over 20cm.
There will be no limitation on the execution techniques.
Artworks should have no passé-partout and should not be pasted on any other surface.
Each artwork must be submitted along with entry form and a digital image of the artwork in Tif format in A4 dimensions on CD with a minimum of 350 dpi.
One artwork from each artist may be selected for the exhibition. (Series of related works will be considered as single entries.)

Expression of prophets’ ideas and teachings
Beneficence and neighborly love
Prayers
Good and evil destiny
Peace and reconciliation
